Richard has been active in the Real Estate Market since 1995. In addition to residential sales, he specializes in investment opportunities and commercial properties for both small investors and large corporate clients. He is also very active in farm and ranch properties throughout the state of Texas. Richard's background includes a Masters in Business Administration from Marymount University in Virginia, as well as over 30 years of experience in the Corporate world of Aerospace and Computer Technology. He serves on Bastrop's School Finance Committee and Long Range Planning Committee. He is an Active Member of the Bastrop and Austin Board of Realtors, where he has served as President, Vice President or Treasurer every year since 1995. He is an Active Member of the Central Texas Commercial Brokers Association and is a CCIM Candidate. He was recognized for his contributions to the community and to the Real Estate Industry by being selected as the Realtor of the Year for 2003 for Bastrop County.
